First UFC 2 division champion Conor McGregor just can’t stay out of trouble. Although he has managed to hinder the Artem Lobov case from going to a fast-track court, another lawsuit has emerged. ‘The Russian Hammer’ is suing McGregor for calling him a rat during his Twitter rant over his first lawsuit.

‘The Notorious‘ hasn’t had the best of times recently both inside and outside the octagon. Ever since his loss against Dustin Poirier in their 2nd fight, things have gone dowhill for him.

Moreover, he is facing a lawsuit against his former friend Artem Lobov over his Irish Whiskey business. Lobov claims that the whole idea was his and he even has proof of it in his college presentation. It is serious enough for him to take McGregor to the court.

Conor McGregor blocks the move for a fast court

The dispute is that ‘Mystic Mac’ back in September 2018 assured Lobov that 5pc is his part in the whole whiskey business. Meanwhile, McGregor’s solicitor denies the claims by saying that he is trying to ‘seek publicity’.

Moreover, McGregor’s solicitor claims Lobov said, “Let me start by saying that I swear on my child’s life I will NOT take a cent out of the whiskey deal!!! That is something I enjoyed doing and the thought of knowing that I helped you with something keeps me warm on the coldest of nights“

Moreover, when Lobov was offered $1 million as compensation he refused to say that it is not remotely close to the 5pc agreement.

Journalist Shane Phelan said, “The claims emerged in filings for a Commercial Court hearing today. Conor McGregor successfully opposed the entry of Artem Lobov’s lawsuit against him into the fast-track court’s list. It will instead now proceed at a slower pace in another court.“

Conor faces another suit

Former friend Lobov has sued McGregor for a second time. ‘The Notorious’ called him a rat during a Twitter rant which is now deleted.
