The UFC has created one of the biggest stars in MMA in the face of Conor McGregor. The Irishman is a former two-weight division UFC champion, which is a feat that only Daniel Cormier, Henry Cejudo, and Amanda Nunes have achieved to date.

McGregor is a fierce striker inside the Octagon, knocking out most of his opponents inside the first or second round itself. But, the recent times haven’t been that eventful for ‘Mystic Mac’. The year 2021 turned out to be a debacle for him as he suffered two straight losses from Dustin Poirier.

‘The Notorious’ also sustained a gruesome injury in his trilogy fight against Poirier in UFC 264. He broke his left leg in the freak injury. This ruled McGregor out from the Octagon for quite some time. It has been over a year since then, but McGregor hasn’t shown any signs of returning.

McGregor being a social media enthusiast is no hidden fact. He has social media fingers and prefers to keep them busy by posting stuff on his social media handles, primarily Twitter. ‘Mystic Mac’ has posted a lot of his sparring and training session videos on Twitter in the past few months. His uploaded snaps of himself, showing that he is in a good shape as well.

Still, there has been no confirmed news about his UFC return. Hence, some of his fans have turned on to bash him due to his inactivity.

A follower seemed to have enough of his tweets and wanted to see McGregor doing what he was known for. The fan tweeted and asked McGregor for an update.

Like McGregor, Jon Jones was also planning his return to the UFC after a long break from it. But, to date, it has been all words from ‘Bones’ without any confirmed news about his return. However, as per recent rumors, he might make a comeback against Stipe Miocic.

‘The Notorious One’ replied to the social media user with just 3 words, “Whenever I want.” His reply implied he was all battle ready and will step into it once he feels so.

‘Mystic Mac’ has always been known to operate on his own timelines. He was a regular latecomer in the pre-match press conferences and stare-downs. A bewildering fact is that he never received any warnings from the UFC due to his lack of punctuality.
