Alexa Grasso is the current champion of the women’s strawweight division. Grasso clinched the title out of Valentina Shevchenko‘s hand in UFC 285 and since then she has been holding it. Grasso seems to be unstoppable for now as even in their rematch, Grasso was able to defend the title well despite the fight ending up in a draw. However, is her reign as a champion in its last days?

McCann has risen to be a new challenger to Grasso, After defeating Diana Belbita, McCann made it clear she is eyeing only one thing and that is the gold belt. “Today I forgive myself and I can move forward. Say less do more, say less do more. The plan was to be a world champion at 125 but that didn’t work out.” roared McCann after the fight.
