

Conor McGregor has provided the UFC with some of the most memorable moments both inside and outside the octagon. He is the most prized possession of the promotion and is the biggest star in the sport.
Fans can’t wait for his return to the octagon, and Conor McGregor has been hyping up his big comeback. The fighter recently took to Instagram to show off his incredible physique and his impressive striking technique in a video of his training.

McGregor showed off his work on the pads and had fans in the comments section praising him for his skills. McGregor was in the zone and blasted music while training with his coach. The fighter has been training his striking and boxing technique for a while now and is now also clear to start kicking.
The Irishman was also seen throwing hard leg kicks with his previously injured leg and seemed pumped for his return. Now that he has started using his legs more, the fighter can start his training for grappling and wrestling as well. In an interview from a few weeks ago, McGregor informed he will return to full-fledged MMA training after his leg is clear to kick, which now evidently is.
This was the first time fans saw him using his legs since his horrific injury against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264.

When will Conor McGregor return to the UFC?
Conor McGregor has been promoting a huge return to the UFC in recent months. The superstar was to return to action this year, with talks of him making a comeback to the octagon this summer.

However, this may not be the case for the former double champion, according to renowned MMA reporter Ariel Helwani. Helwani claimed McGregor may not be fully fit to return to fighting until 2023.

He mentioned on The MMA Hour, “It doesn’t look like he’ll be back in 2022. So now, here you have a guy who hasn’t fought since (July) of last year. The last I heard, by the way, is that Conor might come back in February, March or something like that.”
