McGregor tweeted a picture of his bulked-up physique showing off his back to the public. In the picture, he is wearing a head guard and gloves, which indicates that the picture was taken during training. We can also see his famous “cross” back tattoo that starts on the upper back and runs through the entirety of his back.

McGregor captioned the picture, “Think hulk and bane but with the bread of Bruce Wayne.” This caption is a reference to Christopher Nolan’s “Batman.” From this caption, McGregor looks like he is trying to compare his physique to that of “Hulk” from the Marvel comics and “Bane” from Batman. While also comparing his wealth to that of “Bruce Wayne” the leading protagonist in Batman.
The Hiatus of Conor McGregor
Conor McGregor has been out of action from the octagon for over a year after his previous bout against Dustin Poirier.

This trilogy fight between the two superstars ended abruptly after McGregor suffered a horrific injury in the first round. This occurred after McGregor threw a leg kick, which hit Poirier’s elbow. In the final few seconds of the first round, his leg got crushed underneath him, and the Irishman could not continue.

Since this horrific injury, McGregor has already undergone surgery and is currently recovering. He has been spending a lot of his time in the gym, as seen by his new and improved physique. The Irishman has bulked up and put on a decent amount of lean muscle.
Taking this into account, it is likely that McGregor will move up a weight class for his next bout. He has plenty of potential opponents that he could take on at welterweight, but we will have to wait and watch since the UFC has confirmed nothing.
