The UFC superstar, Conor McGregor, has proven several times that probably no other fighters can match his level of popularity. Even after staying away from the octagon for nearly two years, the Irishman made a lot of headlines. However, the UFC community always wishes to see ‘The Notorious’ fighting inside the octagon. The biggest proof of this is the PPV records the star has broken. It is true that McGregor has not achieved any significant victories in the past three years. Nonetheless, the tumultuous period of the two-division champion’s life has not affected even a speck of his confidence.

However, the two will not hit the octagon directly. They both will come against each other at The Ultimate Fighter 31 as coaches. After the end of the season, the two will fight against each other in the octagon.

The star has already mentioned to MMA Fighting that this time, his high kicks are going to attract more eyeballs than his jabs. Furthermore, in a recent conversation with Mac Life, McGregor said: I think I’m going to slice through him. I think I’m a little too slicey for him than anyone else he’s fought.
