On his Instagram story, the Irishman advised Ngannou on the importance of having expert representation and asked him to join his management team, Paradigm Sports. For those unaware, Paradigm is one of the more prominent management teams in MMA at the moment. Until recently, they had three champions under them- Israel Adesanya, Jiri Prochazka, and Leon Edwards.
