Hutchinson’s caption also promised a fast end to Arjan Bhullar‘s reign as champion. This is significant because Arjan Bhullar is the current ONE Heavyweight World Champion. However, due to his arm surgery, he has not been able to fight for over a year.

As a result, the interim title was introduced, which Anatoly Malykhin holds. Bhullar and Malykhin are scheduled to face each other in July, and according to Hutchinson, Malykhin will defeat Bhullar and then fight Ngannou.
