The fierce striking prowess of UFC legend Chan Sung Jung was not hidden from the fans in his final outing at UFC Singapore. After being part of one of the most prestigious promotions for two decades, the Korean veteran recently called it quits on the sport. Not only did his retirement make the fans emotional, but his recent opponent, Max Holloway, also expressed a heartfelt message for ‘The Korean Zombie’ post-fight.
Following all the gratitude, what made the scenes more captivating was the way UFC boss Dana White celebrated Jung’s retirement on Instagram. Well, it seems like the celebrations will continue longer, as the 36-year-old was spotted yet again on X enjoying the time after his retirement. The clip, however, drew the attention of netizens. After his saddening loss in Singapore and his confession concerning his life away from the Octagon, Jung was again spotted commemorating his retirement on X. As shared by the official X handle of Bloody Elbow, Jung was seen grooving to the same music he used as his walkout song in Singapore. The post, in fact, had a caption that quoted, “Korean Zombie’s retirement party is incredible”.

The retirement, though, was shocking for many. With a tear in his eyes, he left the octagon, announcing that he wouldn’t fight after his bout against Holloway. He bid farewell to the realm of MMA with his walkout song, ‘Zombie,’ by the Cranberries, which echoed throughout the arena.
