He took up karate as a 14-year-old and later started Taekwondo as well. Rogan also practices Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing whenever he can. He’s very strict about his diet and eats no bread, sugar, and very few carbs. Rogan talks about having a healthy lifestyle. He reacted to a report by CNN that said that losing weight can reduce the risk of getting diseases from COVID-19.

He wrote, “Making lifestyle changes is very difficult. It’s hard to get motivated, and it’s very hard to maintain discipline and continue with the plan to stay healthy. It’s one of the reasons why I cherish my good friends @cameronrhanes @davidgoggins and @jockowillink so much. Their consistency on display gives me that little extra push to get after it every day.”
