Jorge Masvidal has been in a rough patch lately with his disputes outside the octagon. On the professional front, he last fought in the first quarter of 2022 against Colby Covington and lost the bout with a unanimous decision. According to the most recent reports, the UFC fighter has parted ways with his management agency, First Round Management, and will now be in charge of his own affairs.
Masvidal and FRM were partnered for more than ten years, and even after their dissociation, they will remain on good terms.

As per the tweet by MMA reporter Alex Behunin, Jorge Masvidal has ended his partnership with his long-term management agency, First Round Management (FRM). Moving forward, Masvidal will make his own negotiations regarding his matchups.
“Jorge Masvidal is no longer being represented by First Round Management, per sources. He still has a relationship with FRM and are on good terms but will be negotiating on his own from now on,” the tweet stated.

As per the reports, even after the dissociation, both parties would keep a professional demeanor. And moving ahead, no ill feelings exist whatsoever between Jorge Masvidal and First Round Management. However, the reason behind Masvidal’s decision was not revealed.

That’s not it. They also work with some of the biggest names like Jon Jones, Demetrious Johnson, Yoel Romero, etc. Thus, they have several notable names from the sport of mixed martial arts.
