Chris Gutierrez lost the headliner against Song Yadong, and what followed was a constant heckling from a fan who was there to witness the match. As per sources, a fan yelled at Gutierrez, and in response, Gutierrez said “F**k you whoever said that.”

This isn’t the first instance of a fighter facing abuse at the Apex arena. Dan Ige was among those who brought attention to the ongoing issue, stating that the constant mistreatment of fighters in the arena had become unbearable. Netizens have asked Dana White to take the necessary actions to make the Apex arena safer for the fighters. Nonetheless, even Dan Ige was frustrated by the Apex crowd.

While having a conversation with MMA Fighting Ige said “Every time I fought there, there’s one heckler guy. I’ve got to find this guy and give him a little slap or something. This guy is always heckling and I don’t know who lets him in!”
