This isn’t the first instance of a fighter facing abuse at the Apex arena. Dan Ige was among those who brought attention to the ongoing issue, stating that the constant mistreatment of fighters in the arena had become unbearable. While having a conversation with MMA Fighting Ige said “Every time I fought there, there’s one heckler guy. I’ve got to find this guy and give him a little slap or something. This guy is always heckling and I don’t know who lets him in!”
