UFC President Dana White lauded welterweight prospect Sean Brady who secured the biggest fight of his career. Brady, undefeated in his pro career at 14-0, will face former interim title challenger Kevin Lee. Brady’s scrap against Lee will be an excellent litmus test to get a gauge of his ceiling in MMA.
Sean Brady’s skill set has certainly piqued the boss’ attention as Dana White seemed excited about the prospect’s future. Speaking to Yahoo Sports’ Kevin Iole, Dana White reaffirmed the general fan belief that Brady vs Lee will be an exciting scrap. Both men are technically sound in all facets of the game and also know how to push the pace.

Sean Brady: The next big thing at welterweight?
The #13 ranked welterweight fighter, Brady, will welcome Kevin Lee back to 170 lbs after a string of lightweight fights. Kevin Lee is ranked number 12 at lightweight, however, a spot as a fringe top 10 player at welterweight is likely on the line for the winner. The division is stacked with elite fighters across the board leaving no room for error.

Sean Brady, 4-0 in the UFC, is coming off an arm-triangle submission win over Jake Matthews at UFC 259. He hasn’t faced anyone of Kevin Lee’s caliber to date, however, if his training partners are to be believed, he’s ready for the test. Everyone down at Renzo Gracie Philly has praised Brady’s skill set and touted him as a future champion.
The welterweight division is arguably one of the deepest in the UFC at the moment. The champion Kamaru Usman is staying active. He is knocking off one contender after the next in what is becoming a dominant run.

Chiefly, this high activity rate leaves the door open for fresh faces like Brady to begin their journeys up the mountain. Plenty of questions will be answered at UFC 264 when Sean Brady will meet Kevin Lee at the center of the cage.
