As per White, it is a repeated cycle where one would only consume water or bone broth, which, according to White, has several health benefits. Dana White is looking at 2024 with positive vibes

Dana White and his therapies have been making rounds recently. The UFC CEO has been participating in various exercises that would help slow down his biological aging. From Red Light Therapy to cold plunges to help reduce inflammation. Dana White has been doing it all and the water-fast therapy seems to be working efficiently for the CEO.

Recently, the CEO provided an update on his health. Dana White took to his Instagram handle to share a story about his improved health. He mentioned that he had completed a 79-hour water fast, and he hadn’t eaten since last Saturday. ͏The liquid subsidence he is consuming now marks his first meal ͏during this period.
