UFC President Dana White appeared on the official channel of the Las Vegas Raiders and spoke to Kristine Leahy. White spoke out on all things fighting as well as topics pertaining to the Raiders franchise and owner Mark Davis. For fans of the NFL and UFC, the aforementioned sit-down was truly insightful and served as a major fan service moment.

During the sit-down, Leahy asked White about the future of UFC star Nate Diaz, who has one fight left on his existing contract. As it stands, it’s unclear if Stockton’s second son will re-sign with the UFC going forward. Dana White was rather cryptic when talking about Nate Diaz’s future and hinted that it might be time for Diaz to move on.

Where does Nate Diaz go from here?

Diaz has been signed to the UFC since 2007 when he won the fifth season of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’. Moreover, he has prior affiliations with WEC and Strike Force, making him a true veteran of the game. However, some fans believe it might be time for him to take his talents away from the upper echelon of the welterweight division.

Fighting Conor McGregor as the last fight on his contract certainly makes sense considering the history both men share. They are 1-1 so far and there’s a chance to settle their rivalry once and for all. Not to mention, both men are coming off losses and this fight could serve to boost their star power.
