Umar Nurmagomedov sends cryptic note to Dana White

Umar Nurmagomedov is following his brother Khabib Nurmagomedov‘s footsteps on the path of an undefeated one; however, it seems as if the UFC has not been able to find any opponents for the 27-year-old. Since his UFC debut in 2021, he has only made four appearances in the Octagon so far. The fighter last fought on January 14, 2023, against Raoni Barcelos, and since then he has been dormant.

The fighter seems to be growing weary of UFC authorities claiming that no one ͏in his division is willing to face him.  Consequently, he reached out to the head of the UFC, urging them to address the͏ sit͏uation and take matters into͏ their ͏own hands. A few days ago, Nurmagomeov added a tweet on his X (formerly Twitter) handle calling out Dana White to set a fight for him. However, he hardly got any response. Now again, the fighter has taken the same approach to adding a cryptic tweet for Dana White.

Nurmagomedov, in his latest escapade, has added a tweet that looks as if it’s a call for help, asking the UFC officials to arrange a fight for him. He wrote, “And what I have to do ? If nobody don’t want fight”. This would be the second time that Dagestani has called out the UFC officials to set up a fight for him.

The UFC might be having difficulty finding any fights for the 27-year-old, but is it entirely true that Nurmagomedov has no challenge in the division? Certainly not.
