The UFC president said it was a “no-brainer” to bring his ‘Howler Head Whiskey’ to some outlets in the UK. It also may be termed as Dana White’s token of appreciation for the UK fans and their massive support of the promotion.

White also revealed how he got associated with Howler Head. He said, “I got involved in Howler Head through The Rock and Brad Slater and realised that this thing could be huge. The decision to transport the spirit over the Atlantic and drop it to the UK markets was also driven by White’s affection for UK fans of the UFC. Considering the hardcore UFC fans in the UK, it was a ‘no brainer’ decision for him.

White further stated that he had received massive responses from Howler Head’s social media accounts, which finally resulted in this decision. It was evident that White’s business ventures were turning out to be quite fruitful, as he was planning for more.

He revealed, “We’re coming back with the rematch.” He also stated that the UK showdown would be scheduled for March 2023 and possibly feature a trilogy fight between the current UFC Welterweight Champion and ‘local boy’ Leon ‘Rocky’ Edwards and Kamaru ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ Usman for the main event.

Most would agree to the fact that the UK has always been a good host for the UFC with passionate fans around. With the ‘homeboy’ Edwards taking the Octagon, a UFC event in the UK can definitely be expected to become a huge crowd-puller. This, in turn, brings better revenues for the UFC president, allowing him to plan more ventures.
