The press conference was packed, and the fans cheered after every reply Diaz gave to the interviewers. Recently, Dana White spilled the beans about what he thought of one of Diaz’s replies.

When an interviewer mocked Diaz by calling him a vegan, he clapped back savagely by saying, “the Terminator’s a vegan motherf**ker”. Here, he’s referring to seven-time Mr. Olympia winner Arnold Schwarzenegger, a fellow vegan.
Dana White recently went on the ‘Pass The Torch’ podcast and gave his thoughts on Diaz’s witty reply. He said, “Actually, I thought Nate’s reaction was pretty funny. He handled that really well actually.”

Diaz has been a vegan for most of his life and encourages people to follow his diet. His achievements inside the octagon prove that you can compete at the highest level just by being vegan.

The first fight shocked the world because Diaz, who took the fight on 11 days’ notice and was the underdog, won via rear-naked choke in round 2. This gave way to one of the most iconic post-fight interviews of all time as Diaz went on air to say “I’m not surprised motherf**kers!”
