Up-and-coming UFC middleweight prospect Sedriques Dumas has landed in serious legal trouble recently. According to a report from TMZ Sports, ‘The Reaper’ was arrested by police in Florida on Tuesday and has been charged with felony battery.

He live-streamed the incident on his Facebook page, giving everyone a first-hand record of the circumstances leading up to the arrest. Cops approached the UFC middleweight after they received a call from a woman saying that her boyfriend was banging on the door and ringing the doorbell repeatedly. The footage shows him interacting with the cops and questioning them about the basis of his detention. He denied the charges and told officers that he was just walking down the street to blow off steam.

The video ends with him being put in handcuffs by the cops as he repeatedly denies the allegations against him. He remains in police custody and is expected to appear in court on March 5. And this is not the first time Dumas has gotten in legal trouble, having been found guilty of driving with a suspended license two years ago. He was also arrested for a DUI last year. And he joins a long list of current and older UFC fighters who have found themselves marred in legal trouble.
