In his recent YouTube video, he gave the reason why. He said, “That’s why it’s hard for me to believe that like he’s really making an argument for Kamaru on the terms that you could if you wanted to make one for Kamaru. And I know there’s people who are in the sport who never watched GSP’s career. I remember when GSP fought Caro I remember when GSP knocked out. I remember these fights very very vividly. But I watched the full length of Kamaru’s career to this point. But this idea that like that Kamaru was just like matter of fact better. You can try to make that argument. I don’t think it’s crazy but like the depth to which Dana goes with it is a little conspicuous to me.”

Georges St-Pierre believes he would have beaten Khabib Nurmagomedov

Khabib Nurmagomedov was without a doubt one of the most lethal fighters in the UFC. The Dagestani fighter retired from the sport with a perfect record of 29-0. He not only won the fights but also dominated his opponents. However, his dominance has no effect on the former two-division champion GSP. In his recent podcast, while speaking to Usman and Cejudo, GSP revealed that he would have beaten the lightweight king. The pair is currently retired from the sport. As a result, the fans can never witness the epic battle. However, the Canadian shared his plans as to how he would have beaten ‘The Eagle’.

He said, “I think I would have beat him because if he would have come to put pressure on me, I would have put him down. I would have had the confidence to try to go for it.” He said. “… I think that I would have maybe been the first guy that he fought or one of the only guys that would have tried to put him down, and I’ve put down everybody that I’ve fought,” It will be interesting to see if the pair ever faces each other inside the Octagon. How highly do you rate Georges St-Pierre as a fighter? Let us know in the comments below.
