A Netflix special featuring Dana White is reportedly in the works
Yes, you’ve heard it right. Netflix has taken a keen interest in Dana White’s gambling endeavor. Reports claim that the UFC CEO has already been seen in and around Las Vegas with a camera crew following him and documenting his gambling experiences. It must also be noted that the whole documentary is an “unscripted project” that is yet to be announced.
While the details regarding Dana White’s Netflix show aren’t fully confirmed, reports state that the documentary will also cover the CEO’s debt of around $30 million at Red Rocks Casino, according to trade outlet Casino.org. For the unversed, Red Rocks is part of the Red Rocks Resort, which is owned by White’s former UFC partners, the Fertitta brothers. The general belief is that the 56-year-old doesn’t worry about the debt, not because he’s worth $600 million according to Forbes, but because of his relationship with the owners of the casino.
However, Dana White has vehemently denied claims about owing money to the casino. “This story is pure clickbait bulls–t. Everything about this story is completely untrue,” the UFC CEO told The Hollywood Reporter. “But of course media doesn’t care about facts, they care about clicks. This is exactly why I always say you can’t believe ANYTHING you read.”

Talking about gambling stories, Dana White shared an interesting one not too long ago during an interview ahead of UFC 304. In that story, the 56-year-old lost really big, but then, he ended up going home big too.

White loses $1.2 million but ends up making more than half a million in profit
During an interview on 60 Minutes, Dana White revealed that he once had cameras panned on him as he entered the Bellagio for a private baccarat session. As he went on to talk about his experience that night, the interviewer was left stunned. The UFC CEO splashed $400,000 in one go. He did that three times, losing $1.2 million, but after 10 minutes, his fortune changed.
Dana White walked away with $700,000 in profits. “I’m a sick, sick guy. That’s the only explanation I can give ya… In this city [Las Vegas], nothing is off limits,” Dana White said, while describing himself as a “degenerate gambler.” In another interview, the UFC CEO claimed that he used to beat fellow gamblers on the regular for “a million bucks a night.”
