Taking his MMA career into account, Jon Jones has been an unstoppable force, remaining undefeated. His decades-long career has earned him numerous accolades, but alongside his success, he has also faced constant health issues. With no solution to his pains, Jon Jones moved towards Gary Brecka to ease them and it might have worked miracles for him. While having a conversation with the ‘Full Send Podcast’ Brecka explained that the employment of Hydrogen water baths has been detrimental in Jones therapy.

“When I dropped into Jon Jones’ fight camp, his big thing was he was just waking up so stiff and sore and achy every single day. He was just like, [in] constant pain. And, a lot of those fighters get to that because of their career. So I had him start drinking hydrogen water, I had him start bathing in hydrogen water,” said Brecka.
