The former Lightweight Heavyweight champion’s disagreement with White dates back to February 2012. Jackson lost his match against Ryan Bader at UFC 144. The reason for his loss was a torn meniscus, which Jackson already reported to White. However, after the match, White, in his press conference, made some comments about his commitment. This is where Jackson lost his composure, and the rift between the two started.
During a recent episode of Jaxxon Podcast on YouTube, Jackson candidly narrates one of his incidents with White. He said: ‘I ain’t mad at UFC fight pass, but before I left the UFC, we were going to do a contract. And I asked him if I knew they were coming out with the stream and stuff before they came out, and I asked them for a piece.
