The program includes some informal duties of the fighters, such as media obligations, outfit requirements, and items under the fighters’ code of conduct. Moreover, the Compliance pay has effectively replaced the UFC Athlete Outfitting Policy.

UFC 286 took place at the O2 arena in London and was one of the most popular PPVs of the year. The fighters earned a good amount of money as they were active in media obligations before and after the event.

UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards earned the most on the night with $42,000 followed by Kamaru Usman at $32,000.

Despite losing his fight, Bryan Barberena earned the next highest on the night at $16,000. Joanne Wood earned the same as Barberena at UFC 286. The fighters are also expected to receive royalty amounts that will be 20-30 percent of the UFC merchandise according to officials.
