But, it seems, he has found an unlikely ally—another person who is feuding with another South African—in Mark Zuckerberg, who has made clear his intentions of having a cage fight with fellow tech billionaire and South African, Elon Musk. Adesanya posted pictures of the two grappling with a witty caption, to the delight of many fight fans.

And the Meta CEO, although still a white belt, takes his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seriously, having recently won a gold and a silver medal at a Silicon Valley high school. Musk, too, seems serious, having accepted an offer from George St-Pierre to train with the UFC legend.

Dricus Du Plessis vs. Israel Adesanya and Elon Musk vs. Israel Adesanya beef

Stylebender and Dricus Du Plessis’s beef began with DDP’s statements, which Adesanya construed as DDP questioning his African heritage and took strong exception to it, blasting the South African, reaching its zenith at the faceoff between the two at UFC 290. Zuckerberg and Musk’s feud, however, is very different.

It started when Elon Musk tweeted in response to a thread on the Meta-owned Twitter competitor, Threads, writing “I’m up for a cage match if he is lol”. The next day, Zuckerberg responded with a screenshot of Musk’s tweet along with the caption “send me location”, a reference to the infamous Khabib Nurmagomedov line, which he used when Conor McGregor challenged him to a street fight.

Dana White soon got into the mix, and was seen wearing a Zuckerberg vs. Musk shirt, and expressed interest in making the fight happen, saying it would be the biggest fight he has ever put on. They say war makes for strange bedfellows, and in this case, the saying seems more than apt. Who do you have in a Zuckerberg vs. Musk fight? Tell us in the comments below.
