Daniel Cormier once reacted to fake Ariel Helwani news

As per ‘MMA Junkie‘, Cormier had reacted to fake news by Ariel Helvani (fake account with a ‘v’) in 2020. Per the account, UFC President Dana White and Vladimir Putin had come to an agreement that would let Khabib Nurmagomedov travel to the US and fight Tony Ferguson.

Dana White didn’t realize it was a fake account and replied to it.

However, when Helwani and Cormier discussed the tweet in a conversation on ESPN, it produced some hilarious results. Both the personalities were laughing and in tears over the tweet.

It was only during their conversation that Cormier realized it wasn’t Helwani who tweeted it.
