With regard to his fighting career, Dillon Danis isn’t making fan-friendly choices. And that has been the reality for quite some time. With his recent decision to withdraw from his fight against YouTuber and boxer KSI at the last minute, he has drawn some harsh criticism from the public. The 29-year-old hasn’t fought in nearly 4 years now. And as far as his career goes, he’s only fought two times. Although those two fights have fared in his favor, that’s still not a pretty number on paper in terms of career. And following his pull-out from the KSI bout, Bellator CEO, Scott Coker, has offered an update on what the future looks like for ‘El Jefe’.

However, it is not just the fans, even the Bellator boss himself was taken aback by the sudden withdrawal of Dillon Danis. But the fact that everything took place in that manner struck him as being rather amusing.

Coker told Ariel Helwani, “You know, I tell you, that’s actually pretty funny. They offered him to fight in London on the show coming up, and I guess they accepted and made a deal. We basically said ‘Okay’, so when this thing fell apart I was very surprised.”

Having said that, Scott Coker presented a narrative of Danis’ future post the KSI fight pullout. But even after his ostensibly informative update, the fans are sure that Dillon Danis is a lost cause and that his days are numbered.

Fans can’t stand Dillon Danis anymore

Bellator promoter Scott Coker disclosed Danis’ current situation in an interview with The MMA Hour. Coker claims that the 29-year-old contacted him in an effort to get a fight booked for him. But for it to happen, Dillon Danis will need to demonstrate how much he wants it. Which, according to the supporters, will never happen.

The fans, however, think that “El Jefe” should leave things alone and refrain from returning to the world of combat. Additionally, the fans find it annoying that Danis is receiving all the limelight while not being an active fighter.
