Recently, he shared a clip of himself handling steak at his pub, The Black Forge Inn. McGregor described it as “the nicest steak in the island of Ireland.” His lethal left hand, which has slept world champions, was now carefully handling a sizzling hot steak. “You won’t see better than that. You will not see a better steak than that,” McGregor guaranteed.

In the caption to the post, McGregor shed some light on the pricing at The Black Forge Inn. He said that he went against the advice of his team. McGregor’s decision is surprising considering the pub recorded 1.3 million dollars in loss for the year.

Conor McGregor bought The Black Forge Inn for around two million euros and spent another million setting it up. He bought a bar that he used to frequent in his younger days and turned it into an affordable pub. Therefore, McGregor does not charge extortionate prices for the services at his beloved establishment.

‘Mystic Mac’ has stated before that profit was not in his heart when he established the pub. It holds a special place in his heart and that of his lady love, Dee Devlin.

“Ya get what you pay for and the food of @theblackforgeinn costs me a bomb but I don’t care because I make bombs. I charge €32 for this meal. Incredible value. I get given out to by my internal team for giving it away at this price. Shush who’s the boss, I say 😂,” McGregor wrote in the post caption.
