While the world is debating whether the fight will happen and who will come out on top, Zuckerberg’s coach is not sure of his ward’s chances against Musk.

Khai Wu, a professional mixed martial artist, and Jiu-Jitsu black belt, has been training the Meta CEO in BJJ. The collaboration between the pair came to light in September of last year. A video of Zuckerberg and Wu training ahead of the latter’s UFC Fight Pass debut had gone viral, thanks to the Facebook founder’s following.

Since then, Zuckerberg and Wu have been a duo to keep an eye on. The 39-year-old even bagged medals in both Gi and no Gi events under Wu’s tutelage. Despite these achievements, Wu could not make a confident claim about Zuckerberg’s chances against Musk.

The PFL star said, “He works really hard. He’s a really nice guy, to be honest with you. I’m not sure how the fight will play out, so I don’t want to speculate, but I’m like you. I’m like, ‘How crazy is this?'”

Further, ‘The Shadow’ called Zuckerberg a “student of the game” and added the tech billionaire “shows up, trains hard, puts in the effort.”

Despite Wu’s uncertainty about the fight, the discussion is serious per UFC president Dana White. The 53-year-old saw the opportunity to promote a one-of-a-kind event and jumped on it immediately. Recently, he revealed some background information on Musk’s fighting skills as well.

He’s done Jiu-Jitsu, and he says, ‘You know, I grew up in South Africa. I’ve been in a lot of fights. it’s not like I haven’t fought before.’”

The Elon Musk-Mark Zuckerberg fight is the last thing fans would have expected out of 2023. But it seems like a genuine possibility now. What do you make of Khai Wu’s comments? Who do you think will win the fight?
