Jon Jones is considered by many to be the greatest MMA fighter of all time. His victory over Ciryl Gane to become the heavyweight champion has only lent further credence to this claim. There is an old saying in sports that there is no shame in losing to a better man, and Jones was clearly the better man that night, especially in the wrestling department.

No, it’s just about timing about momentum, about the day and so far we didn’t have a good day on the wrestling Department,” Lopez told the interviewer.
