On February 18, Las Vegas witnessed a powerhouse fight between the headliners, Jessica Andrade and Erin Blanchfield. The two women in the flyweight division made sure that they gave a tough time to each other. However, Blanchfield evidently dominated the entire fight with her calculated moves from the very start. Finally, in the second round, the American fighter forced the Brazilian fighter to submit to her rear-naked choke. However, Andrade has had glorious victories in the promotion.

In her last fight against Lauren Murphy at UFC 283, she left Murphy with a bloodied face. Furthermore, she is not ready to turn spiritless after her failure. The former strawweight champion made this clear in her post-fight interview.
