Alex Pereira offers a first look at the upcoming UFC 6 game
When Alex Pereira isn’t busy sending opponents to the shadow realm, he enjoys creating vlogs for his YouTube channel. Before stepping into the cage for his rematch against Magomed Ankalaev, ‘Poatan’ uploaded several videos, including one titled “THINGS GOT HEATED: Poatan, Ankalaev & Cormier – UFC 320 Ep. 14.” In it, Pereira visited the UFC 6 development team to capture his motion data.
At first glance, the graphics looked quite similar to UFC 5, with the stamina bar remaining unchanged. However, the developers assured fans that animations will be much smoother and the fight mechanics will look far more realistic this time around. To make things clearer, one of the scanning team members even revealed some key details behind the process.

In the YouTube video, he explained, “What we are doing with Alex is that we’re capturing the video reference of his motion to improve upon his motion data in game. So, when the players play Alex, we wanna make his motion as authentic and as real to Alex’s real emotions as possible by using this reference data. That’s what we’re trying to do with our scans, with our environments, with our motions, everything that we’re trying to capture as true to life, that real things we can.”
