It seems like Joe Rogan and his team have fallen into a familiar trap—yet another slip-up in the ever-popular Joe Rogan Experience podcast, and fans were quick to notice. This time, the blunder comes from Rogan’s producer, Jamie Vernon (aka Young Jamie), and the internet didn’t hold back with their reactions.

Just over a month ago, Jamie found himself the target of fans’ amusement when a simple yet hilarious spelling error in the title of episode #2184 with physicist Sara Imari Walker turned “Joe Rogan” into “Joe Roghan.” The mistake quickly went viral, turning a scientific discussion into a social media punchline.

Now, fast forward to episode #2203, and Jamie strikes again—this time accidentally uploading the wrong episode to Spotify. Instead of the highly anticipated discussion with Emmy-nominated filmmakers Eric Goode and Jeremy McBride, fans were greeted with a rerun of comedian Tom Segura’s previous episode. Though Jamie was quick to catch and correct the error, the damage was done, and eagle-eyed fans had already grabbed screenshots, ready to share the mishap far and wide.

Unlike last time when fans shared amusing reactions to the #2184 blunder, It wasn’t the same this time around. There were a lot of mixed reactions, with some claiming it was Joe Rogan’s producer’s fault, while some claimed it was the platform’s fault. Here’s what the fans had to say.

Was it Joe Rogan’s producer’s fault or Spotify’s? Fans react

When one fan commented, “just me or did jamie upload the wrong video to spotify,” on Reddit believing that it might have been Jamie Vernon’s fault for the Eric Goode and Jeremy McBride JRE episode, another fan seemed to defend Joe Rogan’s producer, as he stated, “Yup. This is another banked ep so maybe the confusion.” It’s hard to tell since both of these fans could be right, but we can’t ignore the fact that it’s not Vernon’s first blooper.

There was confusion all around the MMA community because it took some fans time to realize that they were viewing the same episode as the previous one. “Yup lol. I put it in on and I was like this dude sounds exactly like Tom segura lmao,” a fan commented in that regard. However, some fans couldn’t avoid looking at the lighter side of things as one Reddit user lauded Joe Rogan’s producer with a “Nice job Jamie” comment. Then again, other people defended Jamier Vernon as well.

They believe that Spotify must have worked improperly when Joe Rogan’s new podcast episode was posted online. One of those fans commented, “Spotify seemingly double uploaded the Tom Segura podcast? Anyone else have this issue?” On the other hand, some JRE viewers stirred up some conspiracy theories. Remember when former middleweight champion Sean Strickland claimed that Rogan doesn’t treat Jamie Vernon right? That’s exactly what some fans believe to be happening with his recent blunder. Keeping that in mind, one fan stated, “This is Jamie signaling to us SOS. Our boy is suffering and crying out for help.” But on the other hand, one fan commented, “All fine on my end,” indicating that they faced no such issues at all.
