The UFC color commentator, Joe Rogan, is one person who has really experimented with the carnivore diet in the past. The 56-year-old has claimed to see a lot of benefits from it in the past. Nonetheless, there are some who still don’t agree.

Rogan has been trolled in the past for his dietary decisions. But with the amount of influence that the podcast host holds, there are a lot of people who try out what the commentator recommends. His recent post, however, garnered a lot more attention than it actually should’ve.

Fans react to Joe Rogan’s breakfast post

January is considered as being the world carnivore month. The “World Carnivore Month” is a dietary challenge for meat eaters to observe for 31 days. This diet is considered to help in weight loss, blood sugar regulations, and many other health-related issues.

Joe Rogan, having tried the diet before has confirmed seeing such improvements. So as the World Carnivore Month rolled around, Rogan was one of the people who got ready to take on the challenge. Rogan even posted a picture of the breakfast he was having while going through the challenge.

“First meal of the day: Nilgai patties, elk liver, and bacon with some @senorlechugahotsauce #worldcarnivoremonth” wrote Rogan, showing the fans the variety of meat that was on his plate for breakfast.

This post garnered a lot of attention from his fans who commented on the post.

Seeing that how his plate only had animal products in it, a fan wrote-
“How tf does he not have high cholesterol?”

Another fan recommended Rogan not to eat pork in the comment, writing
“Don’t eat pork bro. Pigs don’t have sweat glands. It’s horrible for you, scientifically proven”

One fan had a very sarcastic comment, which said
“Vegan?”

“Needs more meat”

One person was worried enough looking at his plate, that he asked Rogan
“What’s your bathroom situation looking like”

Another fan asked if Rogan doesn’t eat greens
“Don’t you eat salad”

A fan had a positive take on Rogan’s breakfast. He wrote
“Bacon needs some crisp Joe but thats a beautiful meal”

Clearly, not everyone agrees with Rogan’s diet but he has also listed out the numerous benefits it holds.

JRE podcast host lists out the benefits of the carnivore diet

In episode #2069 of the Joe Rogan Experience, the podcast host talked about all the intriguing benefits of the carnivore diet. He claims that there are so many claims of the carnivore diet aiding people’s health. He claims that as people start eliminating everything except meat from their diet, their problems disappear.

Some of the problems as Rogan stated were “Chronic pain, Rheumatoid Arthritis, chronic fatigue, all these different issues. Skin issues, eczema, all these different things”
