Michael Bisping and Anthony Smith released their latest podcast episode on YouTube and had some hilarious things to discuss. Bisping revealed some striking details in his conversation with Smith. ‘The Count’ covered all the latest news in the MMA world and also boxing news. Their topic of conversation led them to cover the latest UFC Fight Night in Vegas. One interesting fight is what caught their eye and as UFC enthusiasts know, Bisping isn’t afraid to say or do what he wants.

The UFC commentator chimed in with some information regarding a new UFC fighter. He disclosed what happened during the interview at UFC 270 and also what his fellow commentator Dominick Cruz had to say about the UFC lightweight.

The UFC legend spoke about Trevor Peek with Anthony Smith during his podcast. ‘The Count’ shared his experience of seeing Peek live inside the octagon. Bisping shared, “He fought Erick Gonzalez. In the first round, he went out there like a goddamn creep…”

Having come off the Contender Series, the new UFC lightweight fought his first fight in the UFC. The former UFC champion added, “This guy is he came off the contender series off from a tough first round. Second round just wining punches. Not the most technical, but bloody exciting and fun. Got Dana White off the feet and got the stoppage.”

Furthermore, Bisping revealed an interesting detail from the interview. The former UFC champion continued, “… We spoke to him this week, and I asked him what was his first ever martial arts. “My first martial arts was street fighting…. He’s just super honest and I totally get it because he made some mistakes in his life. He was running with a bad crowd and things like that.”

It was not just Bisping that was impressed with Peek but another UFC champion too.

Dominick Cruz was in awe of Trevor Peek

Michael Bisping also revealed that the former UFC bantamweight champion was awestruck following Peek’s performance. ‘The Count’ added, “Dominick Cruz was laughing his head off because like he never blinks… Isn’t it weird?…”

Furthermore, Bisping continued, “Dominick Cruz was losing his sh*t. He’s like look at this guy. In a good way he’s like “I love him. He looks psychotic”. And he went out there and fought like a psycho”.
