Top-ranked welterweight Colby Covington took to social media and provided fight fans with an update. Chiefly, the news broke that President Donald Trump had tested positive for COVID-19, and fans spotted Covington with Trump a few days prior. The former UFC interim champion took up an invitation by the President to be a guest at the debates.
‘Chaos’ Covington received a hailstorm of trolling comments from fans after the news broke of Donald Trump’s positive test. Some fans and detractors questioned whether Colby gave the President the coronavirus, while others were concerned about Covington’s well-being.

The former title challenger put all the questions about his possible positive test to bed with his post. Furthermore, he also gave his patented shout-out to the President for who he’s got plenty of admiration. Covington has endorsed Trump at every given opportunity and continues to be one of his biggest supporters.
Vanity Fair consultant Gabriel Sherman provided a reality check on Donald Trump’s situation in a post. However, the situation is developing and little is definitively known at this point.
