Vanessa Demopoulos is a strawweight MMA fighter currently signed with the biggest promotion in the world. She has fought two fights in the UFC, winning one and losing one of them. Her last fight was with Silvana Gomez Juarez at UFC 270 in January 2022, where she defeated her in the first round itself.

She also earned the limelight for her winning celebration with Joe Rogan inside the Octagon.

After submitting her opponent in the first round with an armbar, Demopolous gave her victory interview to the famous UFC commentator Joe Rogan. After finishing her interview, she jumped into Rogan’s arms, creating an interesting scenario for the viewers.

UFC booked her next fight for June 25, 2022, at UFC Fight Night at the UFC Apex, Las Vegas. Demopoulos’ fans are eagerly waiting for her to showcase her fighting skills in the Octagon once again. In a recent interview, she talked about her previous celebration with Joe Rogan.

Famous UFC Journalist Helen Yee asked ‘Lil Monster,’ “The way you jumped into Joe Rogan I mean is that kind of your new like celebration now moving forward like a win at the Apex you’ll be jumping into whoever’s announcing you in their arms.

“Michael Bisping, you better be aware man, lookout, be ready, be ready. Don’t drop me, homie. Yeah, I mean it’s got to be a thing right, I don’t know. It was like so at the moment that like it just felt right, but we’ll see, we’ll see what happens,” she replied.

Yee followed up, “Did you expect for it to be so easy so effortless but graceful?” Vanessa Demopoulos excitedly responded, “Oh man, yeah I mean Joe’s a strong guy you know like we’re always seeing him lifting weights and the man’s a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu, so like he just… And I’m not that big of a person I’m kind of little you know it was nice, it was perfect.”

It is unlikely that Joe Rogan will announce the fights on UFC Fight Night. Hence, it seems Michael Bisping will have to carry Vanessa Demopoulos if she wins over Jinh Yu Frey.

While Rogan believed that football is a physically damaging game like MMA, he also said that the latter is more personal and psychologically exhausting.

“But MMA is even more personal, even more psychological, because you know it’s just you and this other guy, and then you set a date, And it’s 4th of July weekend in Vegas. And your f****** billboard is outside your hotel window and it’s giant. You can’t sleep,” he said.
