In his latest Twitter post, McGregor followed his off-late pattern and posted a one-on-one boxing session with his trainer. McGregor quoted the post, “The shots nightmares are made of.”
It appears ‘The Notorious’ is taking a shot at the welterweight champion, as he has already shown an interest in fighting Kamaru Usman.

To much surprise, McGregor’s rival, Dustin Poirier chimed in and had two words for ‘The Notorious’ as a famous Mark Wahlberg meme.
“STOP IT,” the Louisiana native commented.
At the end of the first round, McGregor’s foot snapped. Meanwhile, in the fight, Poirier appeared to take full control of the fight. As he hurt McGregor on the feet and when the Irish fighter clinched him against the fence and jumped on the Guillotine, Poirier landed some good ground and pound.

After two victories over McGregor, Poirier squared off against the lightweight champion, Charles Oliveira. However, he couldn’t achieve the same success in his fight with Oliveira. After tasting early success, ‘Diamond’ fell short as the resilient champion sank in a choke in the third round.
Interestingly, these two fighters have the same potential opponent in their future, i.e., Nate Diaz.
