Everyone and their dog know Joe Rogan has gone full MAGA. The podcast host, who once endorsed Bernie Sanders and insisted he was on the left on most issues, is today one of the most vocal and powerful supporters of Donald Trump. The UFC commentator, of course, endorsed the President-elect in the run-up to the 2024 Presidential election, which some analysts feel was an important factor in getting him elected.

If that wasn’t enough, the JRE podcast host has yet again come out in defense of Trump, this time on the latest ‘Protect Our Parks’ episode where he was joined by his comedian friends. Speaking about the criticism the President-elect receives from his critics, Rogan felt it was all just a ‘psy-op’, implying most of the criticism about Trump was not genuine but part of essentially a smear campaign.

“What you’re seeing with Trump, regardless of his flaws, what you’re seeing is a massive, concentrated psyop. They’ve distorted who he is to the point most people think that way. Most people think that they’ve had narratives. Psychological operations to the point they’ve distorted people’s perception of things,” the UFC color commentator said.

Rogan then had his producer, Young Jaime, pull up a video of Hillary Clinton talking about illegal immigrants back in 2008. The 2016 Democratic Presidential candidate could be seen advocating for deporting illegal immigrants who commit crimes, and for other immigrants to pay a steep fine for having entered the USA illegally.

Somehow, Rogan felt that this proved that criticism of Trump was essentially a psychological operation. And agreeing with him was fellow Trump fanboy and Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, who took to X to repeat part of what Rogan had said. “It was a coordinated psychological operation,” Musk tweeted. On the other hand, Rogan himself is being accused of being part of a psy-op and falling for a propaganda campaign by the Russian government amidst its invasion of Russia.

Joe Rogan receives a special request from Ukrainian heavyweight champ

Joe Rogan is being accused of repeating Russian talking points after he recently blasted outgoing President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for using long-range missiles to fight Russia. For context, after the 2024 Presidential election, Biden had authorized the use of long-range missiles, which Russia had claimed was a ‘red-line’.

Some, including Rogan, feel that this is tantamount to the USA provoking Russia, and thus starting World War III and nuclear annihilation. “How are you allowed to do that when you’re on the way out? This should be some sort of a pause for significant actions that could potentially start World War III,” Rogan said on his podcast.

This, predictably, has gone down like a lead balloon with Ukrainians and their supporters around the world. Former Ukrainian boxing heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko, for example, claimed that Rogan had been captured by Russian propaganda, and offered to get on his podcast in a video message on X, stating to “discuss (these points) like free men.”

The X account of Joe Rogan’s podcast booted Klitschko’s video and painted it as an excuse to appear on Rogan’s podcast. “Does this make sense to anyone or just an attempt to get on the podcast?” it said. The UFC commentator is a known critic of US aid to Ukraine, cutting off which will inevitably lead to Russia succeeding in its invasion.

“Imagine being a person in Maui that lost your home. They give you $700, and then you still can’t rebuild. It’s a year later, nothing’s been built… Even worse, [the U.S. Government] accidentally sent Ukraine $6 billion. So then we looked up how much would it cost to rebuild every house that got destroyed in the fire [on Maui] – $5 billion.” Rogan said. “So [the federal government] could have done that. Why wouldn’t they do that?” Rogan would add in a podcast episode (#2173) in July 2024.

This is why many feel he is unlikely to have Klitschko on. What do you think about Joe Rogan’s take on the alleged psy-op against Donald Trump?
