There were accusations of spreading misinformation on Rogan. As a result, he had to come out with a clarification about the same. As a result, the audio-sharing platform Spotify, which is the exclusive home to The Joe Rogan Experience, removed around 70 episodes of the podcast.

English musician and songwriter Graham Nash recently criticized Rogan for the same reason. In fact, he was one of the artists who removed their music from Spotify as a protest against the platform hosting the UFC commentator.
The 80-year-old artist said in a recent interview, “One of the great things about the internet is that it gives everybody a voice, and one thing that’s f***ed about the internet is that it gives everybody a voice. Some of the craziest people are using their voices for the strangest reasons. There’s an incredible amount of disinformation and misinformation going on, particularly with Joe Rogan and Spotify.”
Nash also expressed concern over Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter. Also, he believes it is possible to misuse social media if the control goes into the wrong hands. He said, “With Elon Musk taking over Twitter, maybe, there’s a whole other mess there. Is he gonna let Trump back on? We don’t seem to have learned from history, do we?”
It is interesting to see how things will turn out after Elon Musk completes his deal of taking over Twitter. Rogan is also a vocal supporter of Musk’s takeover.
