Joe Rogan is a simple man. He likes working out, psychedelics, fights, wildlife, cars, and his friends. One of whom is one of the most famous, richest, and influential people in the world, Elon Musk. The UFC commentator is a huge admirer of the controversial tech titan, crediting him for saving free speech (another issue Rogan, as a comedian, is very concerned about) on X (formerly Twitter).

And the JRE host has revealed on his Instagram that the social media mogul has made another appearance on his podcast. Musk, for his part, came bearing gifts, which got Joe Rogan’s approval to the amusement of fans.

Joe Rogan teases Musk JRE appearance and tests out the Tesla Cybertruck

Rogan took to his Instagram and posted a picture along with a caption saying that a JRE podcast episode with Musk would be out today. And if it is anything like his first appearance, it promises to be a blast. In 2018, Musk went to Rogan’s California studio for his first JRE appearance and smoked weed on air, which is legal in the Sunshine State.

This created a furor online and led to Tesla’s stock price dropping. But what caught fans’ fancy about the post was the accompanying picture with the caption. Musk brought a Tesla Cybertruck with him for his fourth JRE appearance in Texas.

Rogan could be seen firing an arrow at the truck and sparks fly as the arrow hits the truck without doing any damage to it. This caused Rogan to certify the truck as arrow-proof. “Turns out a @teslamotors cyber truck is arrow proof too. Podcast with the big guy drops today,” he wrote.

The Cybertruck is a fully electric pickup truck manufactured by Tesla and has an unorthodox design with a sheer, unpainted stainless steel body. It is expected to begin deliveries in late November and that may be why Musk went on Rogan’s podcast. And fans, as expected, were all over the post.

In the comments section of the post, fans let their thoughts be known about Rogan’s ‘test’. Here is a sample of their comments.

One fan felt it bore an uncanny resemblance to the cars he used to draw in elementary school.

“The cyber truck is the exact car I would draw in the 2nd grade.”

Another suggested Rogan test it with a golf ball, too:

“Awesome. need to test sober truck with a golf ball”

Another joked that it would be helpful in fighting the native American Comanche tribe, noted for being fierce warriors whom the US government fought during the nineteenth century:

“We are finally able to fight off the Comanches thank god perfect timing”

Another had a small favor to ask Rogan:

“Joe let me borrow it for a day or 2”

One user used Brendan Schaub‘s famous phrase to express approval:

“Tight tight tight.”

Another asked if it could withstand Rogan’s ferocious spinning back-kick.

“Is the cyber truck Joe Rogan spinning back kick proof though?”

Another was interested but wanted a diesel version:

“Build a diesel version. I’d be interested”

Well, clearly, Joe Rogan is sold on the Cybertruck and has given his seal of approval to the unique automotive, even as many fans remain unconvinced. The real test, of course, would come after it is reviewed and released to the public.
