Conor McGregor has transcended the sport of MMA. Besides being one of the biggest draws in all combat sports, the Irishman is a fully-fledged businessman. From Proper No. 12 to his Black Forge Inn, the Irishman is ‘Notorious’ outside the world of fighting as well.

Conor McGregor bought the property on which the Black Forge Inn stands for a reported value of two million pounds. Since McGregor has been inactive for almost a year since his leg injury at UFC 264, he’s been spending time in the Black Forge Inn, marketing and growing its brand on his social media platforms.

The latest celebrity to visit the Irish pub was James Arthur, an English singer-songwriter. Moreover, James Arthur met with McGregor and spent some quality time, which ‘The Notorious’ one posted on his Instagram.

In reply to this, Arthur replied with, “Thank you so much champ. You’re the realest 🙏🏻❤️” The Englishman is a fan of McGregor and considers him a champ and the ‘realest’ one.

Is Conor McGregor returning for a title shot in welterweight division? 

The Irishman has been talking about a return a lot more often in the past few months than before. Now that his leg has healed and reinforced with a titanium rod, Conor McGregor talked about wanting to make a return to lightweight with a title shot earlier this year. 

However, things have changed course to the surprise of most MMA fans. Conor McGregor stated that he now wants to make a return to the octagon, except in the welterweight division.

Moreover, he wants a title shot against p4p king Kamaru Usman. The welterweight division is another ballpark altogether, being another competitive division in the UFC. However, some from the MMA world do not think that McGregor wanting welterweight gold is a good idea.
