Joe Rogan climbs to the top of the Spotify rankings, yet again

According to the recent update shared by Jed I. Goodman on X, Joe Rogan has again made sure that he stays at the pinnacle of the podcasting niche. The latest Spotify rankings showcase that JRE is leading the fray by a mile with “Shawn Ryan Show” and “Candace” making it to the top three. Well, this ranking has stunned the community since they expected other people to bounce back in the later part of the year.

Why? Well, that’s due to the fact that the US Presidential elections are near and most of the podcasting giants are running back and forth to chime in with the political figures. Recently, Thoe Von invited Donald Trump on his podcast which raked in 13 million views on YouTube alone. Looking at this, the community thought that the reign of Joe Rogan as the top podcaster would take a hit, but the recent rankings table showed levels to everyone. The 57-year-old has been ruling the Spotify charts as well as the other charts due to his consistency and his choice of guests.

Not only did Rogan beat ‘Talk Tuah’ and ‘The Shawn Ryan Show,’ but he also left Theo Von far behind, as his podcast is currently ranked #10 on Spotify. Interestingly, Joe Rogan and Donald Trump have been going through some tensions after his comments on his rival Robert F. Kennedy. Trump even asserted that this praise would have his popularity hit but we have been seeing no effects so far.

Donald Trump is close with the UFC CEO and Joe Rogan’s friend, Dana White, so this mockery of Rogan didn’t sit right with the fans. Regardless, the multi-million dollar podcaster took to his social media handle to clarify his standing on the recent tension.

Rogan steers clear of a rivalry against Donald Trump

So what exactly did Joe Rogan say about Robert F Kennedy? The multi-million dollar podcaster took shots at both the Republicans as well as Democrats when he stated that Kennedy was a legitimate guy, “That’s just what they do. That’s politics. They do it on the left, they do it on the right. They gaslight you, they manipulate you, they promote narratives, and the only one who is not doing that is Robert F. Kennedy Jr.”

This comment by the podcaster drew the ire of the former POTUS, Donald Trump, who accused Joe Rogan of using his behemoth following to influence the elections. Rogan took to social media to clear the air on his statement, The podcaster stated that his comments were his own and it was not an “endorsement.” He further added, “This is me saying that I like RFK Jr. as a person, and I really appreciate the way he discusses things with civility and intelligence. I think we could use more of that in this world.”

In his statement, Rogan even praised Donald Trump, “I also think Trump raising his fist and saying “fight!” after getting shot is one of the most American f**king things of all time.” Well, the air is cleared from Joe Rogan’s side but what about Trump? We do not know. Regardless, what’s your take on the situation? State your thoughts in the comments below.
