Every ardent UFC fan has heard of The Diaz Brothers. The older brother Nick Diaz had his time to shine in the UFC. Following his path was his younger brother Nate Diaz. Nate Diaz, often referred to as a ‘gangster’ owing to his outspoken and fearless attitude, had a great run in the UFC. He had an amazing rivalry with Lightweight menace Conor McGregor.

Diaz’s last match in the UFC was against Tony Ferguson, ‘The Boogeyman’. Diaz won the match against Ferguson and proceeded to announce his retirement from the UFC. Diaz then went ahead and started his own fighting promotion company called Real Fight, Inc. He stayed away from fighting for a really long time, but now, the news of his return has started circulating, thanks to a recent interview.

First Nick Diaz now Nate Diaz – Diaz Brothers Making A Return

2023 is a year of returns for the UFC. First, Jon Jones returned to the UFC HW division and quickly became the division champ. Ronda Rousey has said that she might consider coming back to the UFC after pursuing a career at WWE. In December, Georges St-Pierre is slated to return to the UFC for a grappling contest.

Now, the two Diaz brothers have also expressed interest in coming back to the UFC. First, Nick Diaz’s rumored return surfaced. The fighter said he is coming back better than before and might be challenging the Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya.

The interviewer then asked Diaz when he would be coming back to the UFC.

Like the whole bracket.“, added the former UFC fighter.

Nate Diaz’s Next Fight – Boxing Jake Paul before UFC return?

Diaz’s next fight is not in the UFC. In his next fight, Nate Diaz will be fighting YouTube-turned-boxer Jake Paul. The fight is scheduled to take place on 5 August, in Dallas, Texas.

Diaz and Paul have been going back and forth with Diaz asking for regulation changes. Diaz’s former rival Jorge Masvidal also warned Jake Paul against Diaz on one of Jake Paul’s podcast episodes.
