In a recent ‘JRE’ podcast episode with Joe Rogan, Michael Bisping chronicled a hilarious story of how he ended up naked in front of his neighbor’s house on a Christmas morning.
“I have a lot of night terrors, which is like extreme dreams, I’m assuming. I wake up at night screaming and doing crazy stuff… Christmas morning, I had one of my episodes. I don’t know why…I always sleep naked. I’m completely naked. I jump out of bed…I was still asleep, so I didn’t know I did it…” Bisping stated.

He further added, “I run down the bedroom, run down the stairs, obviously thought someone was trying to kill me in my dream, fell down the stairs, got up, ran out the house, came to on the next-door neighbor’s wall, completely naked.”

Michael Bisping and his life after UFC retirement
Michael Bisping has had one of the most successful careers in all of MMA. Being the first British fighter ever to become a UFC champ, he has had incredible moments inside and outside the cage.
His departure from the UFC after the Kelvin Gastelum fight, Bisping stated that his departure had a lot to do with the safety of his eyesight, which was in question during his last fight.
