But what was White doing there? Was it more than just visiting a fight? Everyone has known about White’s link with Irish boxer Callum Walsh over the years. The boxer has also made his interest clear when it comes to fighting for the UFC. So, is the UFC CEO cooking something the Irish fans would love? More importantly, will he venture into the world of boxing after the recent shelving of a major event?

Dana White, a new Irishman, and Tyson Fury

Recently, the much-awaited bout between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk was postponed after ‘The Gypsy King’ endured a massive cut over his right eye. This happened during his training against the heavyweight, Oleksander Usyk. Is there any link to the UFC boss, Dana White?

“I don’t make anything of it, it’s none of my business,” White laughed when an interviewer caught him and asked him about the postponement after his DAZN boxing event. He was then asked if he’d like to venture into boxing. “I’m kinda in it with Callum Walsh already aren’t I? He’s got a fight coming up at MSG and then, we’re gonna take him to Ireland.”

Madison Square Garden will witness Dana White-backed boxer, Callum Walsh goes up against Dauren Yeleussinov on the 15th of March. White expects great things out of Walsh and their partnership together. “I wanna be in Ireland with Callum Walsh too so, I’ll get it done this Summer,” shared White in a recent short interview.

Clearly, the UFC CEO has his priorities in place. He didn’t care much for Fury’s next fight perhaps because he’s the previous opponent of none other than Francis Ngannou, a fighter who abandoned Dana White and Co. for the PFL and a better reign over his professional career. But how is his relationship with Fury?

White on who’s the baddest man on the planet

Dana White was once asked who the baddest man on the planet was, and this was after the prime era of ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson who could fold any boxer in half with one punch. Of course, Fury came up in the conversation. White admitted that he liked Fury and had a great relationship with him. The boxer has even attended UFC events before.

However, White wanted to settle the debate once and for all. Jon Jones is the baddest man on the planet,” Dana White said instantly without hesitation. The reason for White’s claim is simple, being limited to a ring gives Fury a problematic situation and nothing else. In a fight inside the cage, ‘Bones’ would absolutely dominate a boxer.

But what do you think about it? Who is your pick for being the baddest man on the planet?
