Dan Hooker claimed his victory against Claudio Puelles with a glorious body kick. The fighter won his bout after two consecutive losses. However, the way he displayed his excitement and pleasure had the entire stadium applauding. But his moment with Joe Rogan has been the talk of the town.
Dan Hooker was pitted against Claudio Puelles in the lightweight division of UFC 281, in Madison Square Garden. In the second round, Hooker won the bout with a technical knockout. However, the audience erupted in a frenzied cheer as the ‘Hangman’ kissed Joe Rogan on his head during the in-ring interview.

He returned to winning after his two losses against Islam Makhachev and Arnold Allen. After his victory, the ‘Hangman’ kissed Joe Rogan on the forehead. Furthermore, he took to Instagram and posted a picture of the moment.

However none sweeter than my lips smooching the glorious dome of the legend that is @joerogan.” The comments section boomed with action as fans found the event hilarious. Formerly, the lightweight fighter retweeted a post shared by the journalist, Christopher Reive. Reive posted the still from the moment Hooker kissed the UFC commentator and wrote, “Hearing MSG erupt in a “Daniel Hooker” chant was wild. This was just funny.” Surprisingly, Hooker responded with, “Couldn’t resist myself.”
Post-fight interview with the ‘Hangman’
In the post-fight interview, Rogan shook Hooker’s hand as he welcomed him back. Additionally, he said, “It’s been beautiful to watch you perform tonight.” However, the ‘Hangman’ gently said that it was God who did who believed in him. Nonetheless, Rogan continued, “You did a fantastic job of keeping him [Claudio Puelles] in your range, keeping him inside your skillset…”

But, before the podcaster could complete, Hooker took the mic and said, “I’m six foot with a vicious hook and when I bite down on this mouthpiece, oh boy, I make nails look soft.”
Immediately after that, the victorious fighter revealed his desire to fight in the upcoming Ultimate Fighting Championship in Perth, Australia. He ended the interview by saying, “I love you, Joe” and giving the man a kiss on his head.
