Combat sports might fans already know about the superior Judo skills of the coveted Ronda Rousey. Apart from her fame in MMA and wrestling, Rousey was also the first-ever American woman to win a medal in Olympic Judo. But, recently, a viral video showcased an African instructor teaching judo throws to his students. It might be agreed that the instructor’s throws would belittle even ‘Rowdy’s’ judo throws.

However, the throws that he exhibited didn’t look like he was just teaching. The video showcased the instructor going more than one throw, leaving his student battered. The video was derided by most fans who chose to watch and comment on it. They chose different ways to disdain the aggressor showcased in the video, but the bashing was constant in most comments.

MMA and combat sports fans were really cross about the instructor’s torture of his student

The video of this incident was shared by the combat sports coverage Twitter page, ‘Fight Haven’. They also captioned their post, “African Judo is different…”. The instructor, probably African, went for 3 brutal throws, which had his opponent thumped up.

The video also garnered a lot of reactions and comments from the fans, but it was for all the wrong reasons. The brutality showcased by the instructor enraged a major chunk of fans commenting on the video.

Some MMA and combat sports fans were worried and presented other opinions

A lot of fans had already termed this video to be “scary”. It also got some others worrying about the condition of the kid. The sound emitted after the student’s body hit the mat could be categorized as a thudding sound. Even the bones of many wouldn’t be enough to survive the throws displayed in the video.

Hence, it lured out some worried comments from the fans. They also predicted a lot of mishaps, which might have happened to the student after absorbing the throws. A few such comments read:

While one more user pointed out the superb resilience of the student, commenting, “He got up after each throw. King”.
