Conor McGregor trains with a prospect

During a session at the gym, ‘Notorious’ was having a chat with one of his prospects about the art of implementation in MMA. Capoeira is an African-Brazilian martial art that specializes in mixing dance with acrobatics. Moreover, McGregor has adopted this style and implemented it in his spinning kicks.
