Firefighters and front-line medical workers work daily to save people from fatalities that could’ve occurred if not for them. Meanwhile, one firefighter has shown he can do two things at once.
Firefighters, in specific, are to be fit and healthy. Their work entails being spontaneous and moving around very tricky and life-threatening situations. Honing their senses and awareness is peak to react in time to any danger that approaches them on duty.
Sparring seems to be the way these first-responders look to remain sharp.

The firefighter was landing some powerful hooks and jabs in the video. The individual in the clip definitely packed a punch, and his low stance and powerful punches seemed like the right recipe for a blast.

As a boxer and brawler traditionally, the firefighter had an uncanny likeness to firefighter and former UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic.

Despite being one of the most celebrated champions in the UFC, the former UFC heavyweight titleholder is known for his simple lifestyle. His dedication to saving lives day in and day out while not training is something to applaud.

The former champ previously worked in a part-time set-up in his firefighting profession. Things have changed a lot this year, after his loss to Francis Ngannou in 2021.
As of February 2022, Stipe Miocic was sworn in as a full-time firefighter in Westlake, Ohio. Although now working as a full-time worker, Miocic is likely to make his return to the octagon this year amidst speculation that Jon Jones is a potential matchup for him.
